Our internship program allows you to get real-life, hands-on experience, and work on influential projects that make a company-wide impact. We want our interns to be challenged and experience growth, but we want to learn from you too.
We’re on a mission to source and attract the best talent for Spreetail to fuel our growth and culture, while delivering an inclusive world-class candidate experience.
The Spreetail Pride Alliance (SPA) serves as an Inclusion Network and community of LGBTQA+ people and their allies at Spreetail.
Spreetail Professionals of Color (SPOC) serves as a community of BIPOC and friends, as well as Spreetail’s connection to the wider BIPOC community.
The mission of Professional Women Rising (PWR) is to connect, strengthen, and empower women at Spreetail through the creation of a supportive community, dedication to equality and equity, and advocacy for women in the workplace.
We are relentless in our pursuit of equity and equality, we embrace cultural differences that raise our bar, we pursue the challenges within ourselves to make Spreetail better, and we humbly acknowledge our duty to build and foster an inclusive workplace where all may succeed.
Team members within our office locations (Austin, Lincoln, and Omaha) will have the option to work from home Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with Tuesday and Wednesday serving as in-office days to contribute to increased collaboration and team building. Software and Technology team members can work 100% remotely from six states (Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Texas).
The communities we call home have given us so much—a place to build our business, talent to fuel our growth, and inspiration to change the world. We work hard to support our communities and give back through various volunteer events, donation matching, and more.
Every employee has the opportunity to be involved in our dedicated Inclusion Networks: Spreetail Pride Alliance, Spreetail Professionals of Color, and Spreetail Professional Women Rising that create inclusive spaces and promote inclusion and diversity at Spreetail. Outside of our Inclusion Networks, we offer DEI training to all employees, covering topics from unconscious bias to inclusion and identity.
As we continue to grow, we are constantly building new teams and creating new positions. Ecommerce experience may be helpful for certain roles, but for many opportunities, we believe the right person can learn what is needed to succeed. Check out the openings on our job board and apply by submitting your resume.
We offer a summer internship program with opportunities to gain experience across our company including in Software & Technology, People & Culture, Finance & Accounting, and our Operations teams. The internship runs from May to August, with applications opening every September.
The goal of Spreetail’s interview experience is to represent our candidates and build relationships that will last beyond the recruiting process. Generally, our interview process includes three interviews that we like to complete in a respectful timeframe. You can learn more about how we hire on our Candidates Page.
Every year, we evaluate our benefits and perks to ensure we are supporting our employees no matter where they are in life. From covering 100% of your health premiums to helping you invest in a new home.
